Ordering custom Wall Mount Brackets is easy. Follow these simple steps:

1. Submit a Sketch, CAD file, PDF, Word document, etc. via email customplates@semtron.com or fax 810.732.9665. Please include material needed, width and height of bracket (1U,2U etc.). Include your contact information. You can also phone in your request to 800.732.9080 or use our online custom product request form by clicking here.

2. You will receive a quote and drawing the same day or within 24 hours.

3. Approve drawings and check for any errors. All custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

4. Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase order. Painted, Anodized and Laser Engraved/Screened parts ship in 14 business days or less.
