Product Facts: Low-profile stainless steel or stainless steel with plastic construction wall plates designed for school and institutional applications. The durable design provides a mounting solution for most wall mounted phone sets*. Wall phone plates are available in legacy keystone style as well as flush mount and offset versions. Custom configurations are also available. These wall plates accept many manufacturers keystone style network jacks and modules. Mounting screws are included. See tables below for application.

1. Submit a Sketch, CAD file, PDF, Word document, etc. via email customplates@semtron.com or fax 810.732.9665. Please include material needed, connectivity type, size of plate (1gang, 2gang etc.) as well as type of phone you will be mounting. Include your contact information. You can also phone in your request to 800.732.9080 or use our online custom product request form by clicking here.

2. You will receive a quote and drawing the same day or within 24 hours.

3. Approve drawings and check for any errors. All custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

4. Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase order. Painted, Anodized and Laser Engraved/Screened parts ship in 14 business days or less.
