Product Facts: Our junction panels are designed for applications where maximum durability and aesthetics are a must. All Semtron junction panels are available with connectors installed or custom punched to order in a variety of configurations. While other manufacturers give you standard panel configurations with limited choices, Semtron makes custom made–to-order products standard. Call us with your request and we will be glad to custom manufacture a panel for you.

We custom punch panels to accommodate most manufacturers connectors. We also load most common connectors to create plug and play solutions. Available in up to 12U size.

Material: Stainless Steel or Powder Coated Steel. Painted and Anodized Aluminum and custom finishes are also available. Call for part numbers.

Ordering custom Junction Panels is easy. Follow these simple steps:

1. Submit a Sketch, CAD file, PDF, Word document, etc. via email customplates@semtron.com or fax 810.732.9665. Please include material needed, hole locations, sizes, quantity and height of panel (1U,2U etc.) as well as type of connectors installed. Include your contact information. You can also phone in your request to 800.732.9080 or use our online custom product request form by clicking here.

2. You will receive a quote and drawing the same day or within 24 hours.

3. Approve drawings and check for any errors. All custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

4. Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase order. Painted, Anodized and Laser Engraved/Screened parts ship in 14 business days or less.
